Loved the location and the comfort and cleanliness of the property and the unit. It was very pretty--a light and beachy decor. It was very comfortable--the beds were great and there was lots of room. The unit had everything we needed...nice linens and towels, a well-equipped kitchen, lots of items for the beach, etc. A lovely condo unit.
I did not like what we had to go through to "register" in order to get the key code. I have never experienced that before. It was a bit much for what it was.
I did not like that the kitchen draw fell out and smashed my leg/knee when I opened the drawer. When I told the cleaning manager she told me that she told them that it was broken...So why wasn't it fixed or taped shut or a note on it? My leg was bruised and I had a black and blue.
I especially did not like that they threatened to charge me $20 each for some .25 cent rubber wrist bands that were left for us and we had to wear when we were on the property...because we took them with us because we thought they were souvenirs. There was no sign in or near the basket where the bands were that stated that they were to be returned to the basket or else we would be charged a ridiculous charge, I have gathered them up but haven't returned them yet. But I will because I don't really want those cheap rubber bands anyway. That definitely left a bad taste...

Most everything. The location was amazing and it was peaceful.
Some of the sheets looked dirty but everything else was great.
