Die Lage war sehr nah an dem Hafen was für uns persönlich gut war
Aber leider war dort der geruch von Zigaretten stark und machte alles unkomfortabel und das zweite zimmer hatte kein klima und es war sehr heiß dort drin

Cozy apartment. Really loved it. You have everything you need, very well equipped. And it was smelling nice in the house, like clean. The owner of the place left us water in the fridge, which was absolutely needed as we arrived at midnight and we had no shop open. There is also a coffee machine. I slept well. It's perfect for short stays.
I loved the front terrace and the small yard in front of the house.
Keep in mind that the only option to get to the propriety and to leave is by taxi. No shops around, nothing just houses. Of course this has nothing to do with the propriety but it's good to know. The owner was really nice and helped us book a taxi.
The taxi was 30€ from the airport and in the morning to Rafina port, 12€.

The place is impeccably clean and comfortable, just steps from the beach and great restaurants. The owner is incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make my stay easy: from early check-in to arranging a taxi for a 3:30 a.m. airport pickup, to helping me get last-minute items for my flight and giving clear directions and recommendations for local attractions and dining. A wonderful stay and highly recommended!

I can feel that the hosts are taking care of the guests and trying to help whatever they can :)
The location is probably better for someone who needs to get to the airport the next day - as it’s really close but it’s around 25 min to walk to the beach or downtown.
If you prefer a quiet environment to sleep, it would be quite hard as you hear airplanes the whole time.
The bed was too soft for us so both of us were struggling a bit to fall asleep.
Lastly, there were some mosquitoes in the room so we had to spray a bit of the pesticide to get rid of them.
