Ideal location
This is the first time I have ever stopped where a welcome pack had not been provided. Missing Washing up liquid, bin bags, and at least 1 toilet roll in each bathroom would have been enough.
The fridge had been turned off so I had to clean out the stale water and clean the fridge with my own cleaning products before I could even start my holiday. Then having to wait for the fridge/freezer to get to temperature before I could unpack food. The fridge also gave off a really unpleasant smell that I reported.
My friends said the single bed mattresses were very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs through.
No vacuum provided which I felt unusual for a pet friendly caravan meant we could not maintain the usual level of cleanliness you want when you have a dog.
The previous guests had left a note saying the screw had fallen out the gate latch but this was missed by whoever goes in to clean after they had left so we fixed it for you. We also fixed the handles on the frying pans as they were all loose.

It was a lovely, well appointed caravan in a quiet location.
Points to note:
The toilet seat in the bathroom was loose and could be dangerous for an older person.
The other toilet leaked.
The fridge door is missing a shelf which left nowhere to stand milk or bottles.
There was no sharp knife or bread knife.
