The hotel location, cleanliness, staff friendly behaviour specially Mr. Siddique behaviour was superb and he was very helpful and very decent and charming personality and over all it was awesome and was beyond my expectations. Front desk staff were very helpful and breakfast was good! Housekeeping staff was very good and helping! Hotel location was on Nizami and all food renowned brands were on walking distance and stores were also very near!

I am Sultan, and I came from Dubai. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is very clean, comfortable, and located in an excellent area. The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful.
I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Rameez. He is a kind-hearted, courteous, and highly professional person who made my stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel, and I would be delighted to stay here again on my next visit.
My only request is that the hotel management provide some flexibility to customers at the time of check-out. and
