Hotel nuevo, comodo y buen precio

Cama comodísima. Hotel muy nuevo y la habitación muy completa. Personal muy competente y amable.

La ubicación es buena, solo a 10-15’ en metro para llegar a manhattan. Sin embargo la zona de noche asusta, es un barrio muy humilde. El desayuno esta muy mal organizado, hubo días que apenas pudimos tomar nada porque estaba agotado, además de tener muy poca variedad y es siempre igual (tras 8 dias, lo llegas a aborrecer).

Hotel czysty i zadbany, ładne pokoje

Hotel polożony w ciekawej dzielnicy Queens, na pewno warto zobaczyć tu inne oblicze NY. Pokoje czyste i często sprzątane, obsługa miła. Na miejscu siłownia. Wybraliśmy ten hotel ze względu na śniadania, żeby nie tracić rano czasu na poszukiwania.

Niestety śniadania były najgorszą częścią pobytu. Codziennie to samo - jajecznica, jajka na twardo, burger z jajkiem. Brak jakichkolwiek warzyw, pojawiały się jabłka i banany. Przy 6 dniach pobytu mieliśmy szczerze dosyć jajek. Kawa, która była dziwnym rozwodnionym płynem często się kończyła przy takiej ilości gości. To były najgorsze śniadania jakie kiedykolwiek jadłem w hotelu.

Nice modern hotel and good value for money

The room was nice, modern and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and a free breakfast was great to have. Subway station nearby and a relatively easy commute into Manhattan. Great value for money for NYC.

It’s not the hotel’s fault but the area around it is extremely unpleasant and didn’t feel safe, especially for me as a solo female traveler. Definitely better to use taxi after dark. Breakfast area was rather small and crowded, and food seemed to run out quickly, especially after 9 am.

Bon emplacement

Très bon emplacement pour visiter new york. A environ 20 min de time square et empire state building en métro. Chambre confortable et très bonne literie. Ne pas avoir peur du quartier car nous n'avons eu aucun soucis même à des heures tardives avec enfants .

Le petit déjeuner est très bon par contre venir de bonne heure pour avoir une place.

Une bonne surprise … au départ nous devions être chez un particulier sur Williamsburg .

Le petit déjeuné était parfait en qualité et en diversité , l’accessibilité compte tenu des remarques précédentes à ce sujet était bonne car en dehors des vacances scolaires d’été … Le personnel est charmant et l’entretien des chambres au quotidien , parfait . L’accessibilité du métro est simple malgré un quartier qui est populaire , c’est le Queens !!! et non Williamsburg mais la population est cool et aucune agressivité ( la consommation de plantes récréatives doit y être pour beaucoup ) . La présence d’un micro onde et d’un frigo permet de faire des petits repas du soir sur place , la présence d’épiceries et d’un restaurant Thaï le Bluffs est appréciable .

New hotel in an area that is gentrifying

Liked the breakfast and overall comfort of the hotel. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The cleaning crew does a great job with the daily cleaning of the room.

Ayanaa. Nasty. We booked 4 rooms. One room had to be switched but the attitude of the manager thinking someone wanted something for nothing and we booked 4 rooms. Didn't like the location of the hotel and vendor on site that has a food truck (no receipt for cash purchase and being rude)

Na dobroj lokaciji, dvije metro stanice od Manthattna, sobe izuzetno čiste i imaju sve (glačalo, dasku za glačanje, fen za kosu, cafe aparat, šamponi/gelovi, svaki dan se mijenjaju ručnici, namješta posteljina/kreveti i očiste sobe).

Velika gužva na doručku s obzirom da je kapacitet blagavaone mali, pa gosti doručkuju u lobby-u.

Modern hotel that is a cheaper option than staying in Manhattan

The room was comfortable. The girls in the reception were nice and efficient.

The breakfast was a fraud. First time that I did not eat in the hotel with the breakfast included. Location is quite nearby from midtown Manhattan, just 3 or 4 subway stations away. The nearby subway station is around 10 / 15 minutes away walking from the hotel. Even though a Uber ride from midtown costs you around 50 USD,..

Hotel moderno y limpio en Queens (abstenerse sensibles al ruido)

Moderno, limpio. A 5-10 min andando de la parada de metro que te lleva a Manhattan. Camas muy cómodas. Personal atento y que intenta ayudar con todos los problemas que surgen (incluyendo late check out Por enfermedad).

Ruidoso. El aislamiento del exterior es inexistente, oyes todo (obras, coches, policía, ambulancias, obras...). El aislamiento que proporciona la puerta también malo, sobre todo los portazos de cierre de las habitaciones cercanas y no tan cercanas. Llevad tapones. El desayuno es un poco caótico, aunque siempre encontramos un sitio. Y poco variado, si vas a estar mucho tiempo, acabas aborreciendolo.

Para el valor de los hotels en las zones próximas era el más accesible y no tan malo

El Desayuno era de esas cosas que una vez ok pero todos los días no No me convincen los hotels que te piden una garantia te recargan la tarjeta y te dicen que 5 días puede dudar la drvolucion y no acepta efectivo . Te queda menos disponible y tenes que estat pendiente de la devolución

L’endroit était propre , chambre disponible en avance et belle flexibilité des employés pour nos questionnements.

Chambre et fenêtres mal insonorisées, on entendait les voisins parler et les gens dehors. Il manquait de nourriture au déjeuner mais c’était le week end de Pâques donc je présume la même chose partout.

Comfotable stay and good value for money

The room was spacious with high quality and aesthetically-appealing furnishings. Bed was super comfortable plus we have a great view of the city. Breakfast was okay and has several selections. Location was good as Long Island City is just on the other side of Manhattan. Overall, still good value for money.

Check in took a loooong while. It was already check in time but the staff said our room is not yet ready and ask us to wait at the lobby seats. Almost an hour has passed but no one has approached us about our room, so we had to go back and forth and ask them as we were seeing other people already being checked in with no issues. Not a very good impression after flying for many hours to reach NYC.

Perfect stay

Staff was really friendly but in this natural, not forced way. They helped Us with very early check in and there was no any problem with luggage storage. Room was very clean and quiet. Price was verry attravtive.

Breakfast was so so, but it was included so totally doesn’t have any impact on total value :)

HORRIBLE!!!

The Breakfast

Issues with my room, Juan at the front desk was rude, random person trying to get in my room, Juan telling me that I didn’t have a room and that I was checked out and it wasn’t his problem. Oh yeah and housekeeping opening up our room door as we slept then immediately closed the door. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had and I’d like to speak with the general manager or corporate.
