The linens appeared clean, and we were surprised to get housekeeping service every day (even when we hung the DND sign out). The suite included a full size refrigerator.
There were significant maintenance issues. The shower curtain bar was misaligned, nearly falling. The shower had 2 settings, too hard & too soft. Housekeeping came even when we asked them not to, and unplugged a CPAP machine - why? To vacuum the uncarpeted hard floor? A cook top was provided, but pans and dishes, we learned, were "sold separately."

There is no weekly rate although this is supoosed to be an extended stay.

Initially staff upon arrival was wonderful, professional and polite. I called 12/14 in the early afternoon to request a receipt from my stay on 12/9 and was hung up on only to call back several times times with no results, the desk clerk insisted that she sent it in addition to me providing an alternate email I never received the receipt. I had to call in the evening and received it but the incidental charge wasn't included in the invoice so I have no record that I paid it. HORRIBLE SERVICE
