Good value. While it is dated and it's clear the owners are frugal, the room very serviceable and a good value compared to other hotels in the area. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. Good AC in the room. Good, free wifi. Checkin went smoothly and the three staff I interacted with were very nice.
Bathroom could use a thorough remodel, TV is ancient, vending machines in the lobby were temperamental.

We enjoyed the staff a great deal would stay again because of them and location was convenient
Mattress is very uncomfortable older coils you feel them a lot. There are some repairs that need to be done such as takes up broken windows dispensers and torn curtains in rooms
