Excellent location, very quiet and safe neighborhood. Very friendly and hospitable host! A little uphill and out of the city centre, but very easily reachable by regular bus and tram connections. Bakery and small supermarket close by, so easy to get fresh croissants and baguette every morning! House is well protected, easy accessible. Apartment is at the first floor, just a garage below. Owners live on the second floors, but you have absolutely enough privacy. From sunrise to sunset the terrace is sunlit. Apparently, there is always a nice breeze in the Summer, thanks to the house's location on the slope of a hill, which is great because of high temperatures in Summer time. The apartment is very adequate for a couple, with all amenities present.
We didn't experience real downsides. The longer we stayed, the more we appreciated being there.

Very spacious and bright apartment.
The location was remotely than expected, but the public transport was very efficient. Internet needs an upgrade.
