We had a pleasant stay at The Flatties overall, and the hotel was comfortable and well maintained. However, there were a couple of things that could be improved.
The bathroom taps were not working properly, and there was no water coming from the shower, which was quite inconvenient.
Also, I believe room cleaning should only be done with the guest’s permission. While we were out, the staff entered our room and cleaned it without informing us or taking our permission. For privacy and security reasons, guests should be asked first. If the guest gives permission, then the staff can enter and clean the room in their absence; otherwise, they should wait until the guest is present.
Overall, our stay was good, but these issues definitely need attention.

Good price for what is offering. I would go again there. For 1-2 days is ok. Clean and quiet.
It said Spa facilities....I did not find it. Saw the signs, but didn't find it.
It is a hotel and conference rooms and other things inside.
For 4* hotel ,at least they should provide coffe in room.
