Friendly staff, well equipped and clean room.
Finding parking spots can be a bit tricky when there are already a few cars there.
Some rooms can be a bit noisy (especially if you're traveling with children).

The accommodation was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and comfortable. Having secure on-site parking inside the property was also very convenient and gave great peace of mind.
The house rules felt excessively strict and restrictive for leisure travelers. In particular, Rule #6 strictly prohibits bringing any food or beverages into the bedroom. After a long day of travel, it is only natural to want to unwind, watch TV, and enjoy a cold beer or a light snack in the room, but this policy made us feel uncomfortable and unnecessarily constrained. While I understand the host's desire to keep the rooms clean, it felt more like a strict dormitory than a relaxing holiday retreat.

La stanza molto ampia e ben arredata (una cassettiera grande, l'armadio grande, mensole in bagno):La stanza e tutta la struttura molto pulita. Le finestre isolano bene ed è molto silenzioso in stanza. Le zanzariere presenti su tutte le finestre. La cucina a disposizione con merendine, macchinetta caffe, un frigo con yogurt, latte e acqua offerta dalla struttura ed in più un frigo bar con varie bibite a prezzi accessibili.
