- net en ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen
- airco, rolluik en kluis in de slaapkamer. veel kastruimte
- voldoende keukengerief
- grote koelkast en diepvriezer
- parkeergelegenheid en afvalcontainers in de buurt
- groot zonneterras (zon van zonsopgang tot ong. 17u30 - eind augustus)
- 2 ligzetels met zonnedakje
- uniek zicht vanop het terras
- supermarkt Mercadona op ong. 4.5 km, kleinere supermarkten op wandelafstand
- heel rustige ligging
- goede en vlotte communicatie met de eigenaars (via Whats-app)
- steeds voldoende plaats aan het zwembad
- wasmachine op het terras

The most impressive thing is definitely the sea view. It is truly stunning and makes this place feel special. The location is also very convenient, with everything you need within easy reach. Another big advantage is parking, which was not an issue at all, at least during the low season. I would also highlight the internet, which is fast and stable fiber connection at around 400 Mbps, something that is not always common and is especially useful if you need to work.
There are a few things that noticeably affect the overall experience. First of all, the furniture is quite worn out (especially sofa) and could really use an update. The bed linen and towels did not feel fresh, which is important for comfort. This might be related to the old washing machine on the balcony, which looks very outdated and has an unpleasant smell, so replacing it could improve things significantly. The kitchen utensils and dishes also seem old and could be refreshed.
Another issue is the bathroom, where there is a recurring sewage smell, which reduces comfort. It might be due to the absence of a proper trap under the sink, but in any case, it is something that should be fixed.
Overall, the place has great potential thanks to the view and location, but some improvements in maintenance and household details are needed.
