Excellent modern hotel. No frills, does what it says on the tin. Great value

The hotel is new, and clean, the room wifi speed is acceptable after midnight.
The room that faces the main road is noisy. The soundproofing needs to be improved for rooms facing the main road. Unable to sleep to the noise from the traffic even at midnight.
Guests are requested to clean the utensils in the common area, this ends up with used utensils left in the basin unattended for hours.
Perhaps the hotel needs to review this.
