City location was good and being right on a beach was very good.
No visibility from the street...cab driver was unsure where this accommodation was located (below street level). Also, many stairs (no elevator) down to accommodations with luggage was nearly impossible.

The apartment was beautiful with an amazing jacuzzi and within a short walk from the sea. There were plenty of parking spaces nearby which was great for carrying the luggage from the car. A lot of options for eating and a very nice neighborhood.

Location and nice clean room.
The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable and the rooms are very close together. When using the outside facilities we were side by side with the neighbours so there was no privacy.
There also wasn’t enough toiletries in the bathroom.

When I booked earlier this year, the ratings were in the very good category scoring 8.2. However on arrival, I checked regarding facilities and the ratings had gone down to 7.2.
We were very glad to be moving on to much nicer accommodation with a true 4 star rating in Hvar and Brac. The only positive point I can make is that is was extremely close to the beach and the old town in Split.
Room only basis, which is in desperate need of updating. The bottom of the walls were peeling and cracking. The mosquitos were everywhere and I got bitten for the first time in my life. There were no facilities here, I found the photos to be deceptive. I would regard this as a 2 star accommodation, 3 at a push. Even my partner commented that he felt we were robbed in terms of what we paid for the 3 nights.
