Balcony looking over the water, very comfortable, well furnished
The stairs to the third floor location. I wish that we had realized that there was no elevator. Tissues would have been nice

Beautifully appointed, kitchen was well equipped, games, puzzles and even coloring items were provided and very much appreciated on some of the rainy days we were there.
Despite the somewhat cooler weather, it did get a bit stuffy at night without any A/C.

There was enough space for 2 people, more and it would have been crowded in my opinion. We appreciated having two full bathrooms. The king bed was very comfortable. It has been one of the most well-stocked apartments I've stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, glassware, and condiments. The living area had a ton of cozy throws, games, books and the TV was easy to navigate. The view was not right on the ocean, but rather a bit off to the side. You could see a corner of the coast from the deck and apartment. It was easy access to the beach. Neskowin is a quaint village along the coast with a restaurant, store with some items, a bakery and deli, and a 9 hole golf course. It is on the 3rd floor so a bit quieter from the neighbors.
You can hear the HI way 101 traffic from the bedroom so bring ear plugs if you need them. The place could use a good cleaning especially in the kitchen area. It is an older complex so it is showing its wear. We don't understand the 60.00 night resort fee, and I read that is is also an insurance against damage etc., There are no amenities that the resort provides other than a washing machine and a dryer. We did not cause any damage to the place or furnishings, so we feel we are owed a bit of a refund on this nightly cost. The property management company gave us a code to unlock the doors, but it never worked. Their other code, if ours didn't work, did thankfully as there is no one on site to deal with an issue. Because of the fees, we feel this unit is overpriced and isn't particularly a good value. And what the heck is a 5% shuttle fee?
