The unit was cozy and clean. The location was very quiet, which made it much easier to sleep. Tremont looks like a cool place to hang out too; if I'm in Cleveland again, I'll make sure to plan some time for doing that.
Between booking the reservation and our actual stay, management changed hands, and I wasn't notified of it. I discovered it only after reaching out to the previous management and was given a new number to contact.
Fortunately, Laurie was quick to respond and very pleasant while helping me.
We arrived late in the evening, and there was no parking nearby. Travelers who arrive closer to the 4 p.m. check-in time may have better luck, but anyone who arrives after 6 or so may want to pay the optional fee to guarantee a spot. We found parking across Clark on 11th St. that was within easy walking distance.

I had notified the person in charge on more than a couple of occasions that I would need entry info on my TRAVEL E-MAIL instead of the e-mail on Booking.com. That never happened, and, instead, I had to call the proprietor on the day of arrival to get the code. Lucky I made contact. Secondly, the bathroom is on the lower level of the unit (basement) with what could be considered dangerous stairs to negotiate. I have very bad knees which made this tough to deal with. The location of the bathroom should be put into the Booking.com synopsis of the property to warn people with issues.
