The caravan was beautiful
We had to get in contact with someone as there wasn't any gas when we arrived (No heating, oven or hot water)

The property was well laid out, the beds were very comfortable and there was adequate facilities.
Also the communication from you prior to the day was very helpful and good direction.
It’s not exactly dislikes more things which would just help I think.
The blind In the master bedroom was broken so this could not be adjusted so when it came to the night or morning there was a lot of sunlight coming in and at night the privacy wasn’t really there.
I would’ve liked to have been able to make use of the seating area outside but due to the cushions being wet this wasn’t possible so maybe a box for the cushions to be stored in to keep them dry.
There wasn’t a remote in the twin room for the TV
Some trim was coming off the units which could be re attached.

It was self catering so no breakfast expected.
Could of done with a cafe on site or something.
The location was ok, nice and quiet and peaceful.

The main bedroom blind broke, so there was no way of closing the blind. Reported it, was told someone would be out the next day but nobody turned ( to be fair, I didn't call them back)

The caravan in a ideal spot for walking to skegness and ingomells site spotless and quiet.
On arrival being given wrong pin number for entry of the caravan luck had it the customer service from coastal caravan called me as we were trying to gain entry and said I had been given the wrong pin!
Double bed far too soft carpets were grubby need replacing.
Hoover took me 10 mins to unblock it as it was clogged up I think from last season and left full of pet hair.
No welcome pack as shown on website pictures.
Only 1 toilet roll for 2 bathrooms. Little poor ! Stayed in this very caravan 3 yrs ago maybe look for a caravan that doesn't allow pets next time.
Rubbish left in bathroom bin from last occupants.
