Caravan was exceptional. Everything was there couldn’t ask for more lovely van. Excellent for dogs the walks were amazing. Will definitely be booking again.

Loved the location of the caravan, situated next to an open field which was nice. When you walked in it was nicely presented the decor is lovely and also very spacious. Tinted windows throughout on the caravan which I liked as it kept the sun out so the van was a bit more cooler and also for privacy, think it’s a good idea. Also had a washing machine which was a nice added touch. The beds were comfortable. En-suite with a bath which was a god send as saved us having to use our portable bath for our 1 year old! Also had a walk in wardrobe which was very spacious. Really like the caravan and would definitely book again if come to Skegness.
The only thing that let this caravan down was the hot water, for some reason the water never got hot enough, it was always luke warm. We did ring the staff and they were here within minutes to change the gas bottles but that didn’t make a difference. I’m not sure of the cause but it was slightly frustrating having to get a shower/bath in just slightly warm water.
