We had a very enjoyable stay at Bay Villas Lefokastro. The villa has two bedrooms: one facing the sea and the other overlooking the garden and the mountain. The interior was comfortable and generally clean, although there was a little dust in a few places.
The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including a fridge, oven, stove, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, plates, bowls, knives, and a cutting board. There is a bathroom upstairs with a shower and a second toilet downstairs. Both were clean and in good condition. The living area also has a TV with Netflix, which was a nice extra.
The garden is spacious, with a large lawn and parking available in the courtyard. There is also an outdoor shower with warm water at the back of the property, as well as several hoses with cold water. The garden itself has limited shade, with only one olive tree, so additional trees or shaded areas would have been appreciated.
The beach is directly outside the property and was the highlight of our stay. It is a beautiful, peaceful beach with plenty of trees providing natural shade. The water was clean and calm, and the sandy seabed had no rocks or sea urchins in the area where we swam. We did notice some unusual differences in water temperature and currents, but this did not stop us from enjoying the sea. The beach was mostly quiet during the week and only a little busier at the weekend.
The owner was extremely kind and helpful. He gave us useful recommendations about places to visit, restaurants, and things to see. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts, a bottle of water and wine in the fridge, and the additional bottle of wine and local Lefokastro olive oil he gave us when we left.
The location is exceptionally peaceful at night, with no traffic or disturbing noise, just the sound of the sea and the wind. The roads in the area are narrow and quite steep in places, but we managed without difficulty with a 4x2 sedan. There is a supermarket and petrol statio

My wife and I had noticed and really liked Agia Thymia beach in Lefokastro during our previous holiday in Pelion, so we planned to spend part of our next stay in Lefokastro. This time we chose Bay Villas, hosted by Theodoros.
The villa is practically on the beach and has a large, beautifully maintained garden with a neat lawn, four spacious parking places and two olive trees in front of the house providing natural shade. The garden also has a shower, barbecue, sun loungers, a table and chairs - basically everything you need. Since we were travelling with a small dog, the fact that the whole yard is fully fenced was very important to us.
The house itself is excellent. It is air-conditioned, although we mostly used the fans, and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine and machine for filter coffee. The living room is spacious, all windows and doors have mosquito screens, and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom and shower cabin are excellent, with plenty of hot water.
Most importantly, we felt as if we were staying at the home of a close relative. Theodoros is an exceptionally pleasant host, always ready to help with advice and very thoughtful. We would gladly return to this place.
Nothing not to like, really. It actually exceeded our expectations. A washing machine would perhaps be a useful addition, especially for longer stays, as it would make it easier to pack lighter for the holiday.

We were looking for the house on the beach and that’s what we’ve found, and not just that :) The house is amazing, new, clean, perfectly furnished and equipped. The view of the landscaped yard and the sea in front of the house is fantastic. There is a beautiful beach just a few steps away Theodore, the owner, was more than helpful, always available and ready to help. Highly recommend this place for comfortable and peaceful holiday.
