Hotel in toller, ruhiger Lage mit traumhaftem Restaurant auf dem Dach, bester Sicht auf den Sibayak und hauseigenem Thermalbad.
Wir haben uns in dem geräumigen Familienzimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Frisches Wasser steht auf jeder Etage kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das inkludierte Frühstück war ausgiebig. Je nach Auslastung des Hotels gibt es Frühstückbuffet oder á la carte.
Nicht jeder Angestellte spricht Englisch, aber es findet sich immer jemand, der übersetzen kann. An der Rezeption waren stets englischsprachige, sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

Good hotel and restaurant was much better than expected after ratings 😊 very close to vulcano, but if you are looking for scooter rental or different restaurants, you have to go to Berastagi. Hotel also organized a driver to Lake Toba after our stay.

Location is beautiful as well hotel
After travelling for hours we headed up to the beautiful bar upstairs only to be told they don’t
serve cocktails until 9pm! (Just thinking about bed then) there were 4 very young staff just laughing and talking and did not seem interested at all.
We ended up paying an entry fee into the hotel springs up the road just to get a cocktail and dinner.
