Comfortable stay overall, several maintenance/security issues need attention to improve the experince

Location.

The property was generally clean; however, there were several issues that impacted our stay. As mentioned previously through Booking.com, the dishwasher was not cleaned and there was no dishwasher liquid or powder provided, which we had to purchase ourselves. The BBQ was not cleaned, the pantry light was not working, and the dining table chairs were wobbly. Additionally, the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms next to the main bathroom was not functioning. From a security perspective, the side gate was broken, and one of the balcony glass doors could not be closed properly. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the overall experience.
