The main level welcomes you with a bright and open layout, featuring a formal dining room adjoining the eat-in kitchen. Two bedrooms grace the main level, including a primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed and his-and-her closets, as well as a second bedroom with two twin beds. The lower level surprises with a versatile flex space set up as a non-conforming 3rd bedroom, perfect for kids or adults (photos coming soon!). Additional amenities include a designated lower-level laundry room, an oversized 2-car detached garage, and a private backyard. Rental Policy: - No smoking of any kind or fireworks are permitted. - No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. - Primary guest must sign the rental agreement and water waiver prior to their stay. This protection plan costs $49.00 for 1-29 nights, $249.00 for 30-59 nights, then $70.00 for each additional 30-night block. Also, by booking, you are giving this third-party permission to screen your identity and check it against their guest register and criminal databases.
