Immaculate modern home in central Coeur d'Alene location! This fully upgraded 2 bed/2 bath home features LVP flooring throughout, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully tiled showers, 3 mini-splits, electric fireplace, a loft office area, and finished garage. Open concept design with plenty of natural light in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located within half a mile to Riverstone, Spokane River, Centennial Trail, Kootenai Health, restaurants, shopping, and so much more! An elementary school field and playground a few blocks away is open to the public. Enjoy main floor living, with the master bed and bathroom on the main floor, and the second bedroom and bathroom plus walk-in closet upstairs. The second bedroom has one king-sized bed. There's an Apple TV in the living room, and Roku TV in the upstairs bedroom. Both bedrooms have black-out curtains and white noise machines. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Fully fenced backyard area with a propane firepit. The two-car garage includes dumbells up to 35 lbs. plus a yoga mat so you can stick to your exercise routines while you're away from home, pickleball paddles as well as space for bicycles or other items. Sarah was a great host and easy to communicate with. The house was comfortable but we did have difficulty with the heating unit. The downstairs couldn't get warm enough and the upstairs was sweltering. We were there over New Years so very chilly outside but never could get the indoor temperature comfortable. This is no fault of the owner, but we couldn't get the TV to work. We wanted to watch the regular channels since it was a big football weekend but it was an AppleTV. Unfortunately I am over 60 and do not know how to use the streaming channels. We spent a lot of time on this but finally gave up and went to a local bar. Other than that, the place was very clean & comfortable! Thanks Sarah :)

Perfect place to stay while visiting family in the area. Home is comfortable, clean, and cozy. Double garage is awesome in bad weather. Beds are very comfortable, showers are hot and strong, and nice touches like Keurig coffee. Kitchen is a bit light on pots and pans for serious cooking. Awesome place. Will definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our stay! Incredibly clean and accessible, as well as quiet and comfortable! Details are a big deal to me and these owners pay attention to every one! It made us feel as though we were the first guests to stay in the house. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Northern Idaho!

My wife and I were looking for a quiet, relaxing weekend getaway. This property was in an ideal location in Coeur D' Alene, only a 5 to 15-minute drive from everywhere we wanted to visit. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with any items we needed. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. We completely enjoyed our visit to Coeur D' Alene and would book this property again for future visits, if available.

This house was perfect for us! We had two adults and a child and were more than comfortable in it. It was extremely clean and such a cute place! One thing to mention though is that the driveway is shared amongst about four houses and you are required to park in the garage. We were driving a Ram 1500 Crew Cab pickup with a short bed and it barely fit in the garage. If you are driving anything bigger than that, I’m not sure if they allow on-street parking or not, but your vehicle probably won’t fit in the garage. All in all, we would absolutely stay in this house again! The location was great for what we were doing in CDA and the owner was very responsive to all of our messages!

This place was great! It has a set up for working remotely which I did one of the days. Had everything you could possibly need for a weekend - toiletries, cleaning products, tons of spices, cookware, etc. The house was clean and comfortable and the host was really communicative. I would definitely recommend staying here!

A lovely home located perfectly for access to freeways, restaurants, etc. Has wonderful extras like blackout curtains, and split loops in each room. Comfortable sitting area on the patio with a cool swing chair. Two smart TVs, comfy linens, and exceptionally clean. Will definitely book again!
