About this house rental
“On the Rocks,” your home away from home. We are happy to share our newly built home with you and are sure you will find peace and tranquility surrounded by our 25 acres of woodlands. Rickett’s Glen State Park, with its beautiful waterfalls and Lake Jean are just a few miles away. Close proximity to PA State Game lands and trails. Very quiet retreat boasting 2 Queen bedrooms and a full bath, with kitchen and living room on the first floor and a loft master bedroom with a King bed and 1/2 bath with private deck. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Includes a variety of cookware, all cooking utensils, baking dishes, table service for 8, microwave and toaster oven and automatic coffee pot. The wrap-around deck with 4 rocking chairs is a perfect place to enjoy the scenery or hang out with loved ones. The home is equipped with a whole house generator in case of power outage.

Amazing! Went hiking at Rickets Glen which was very close by. Was the perfect place to relax after a hike. We saw a baby fawn stumbling around that was just born from the living room window before our hike! Perfect spot! Would absolutely go again! WiFi was accessible!

This was a fabulous place to stay. It was clean and very nice. We were looking for a weekend in the woods with hiking and outdoor adventures- it was close to Ricketts Glen. Perfect! And we wanted to cook and enjoy quiet time. The house has a nice kitchen- easy for two people to work in the kitchen at the same time- and very pleasant rocking chairs on the porch. Again, perfect! The bed was comfortable with a memory foam topper. Everything was clean. I am a stickler for cleanliness and I was perfectly at ease there. It was a nice relaxing getaway.

The place was very cozy and welcoming, great communication with host. Very nice and quiet place to relax and just hang out. Well sticked with everything we needed.
