About this villa rental
Benefiting from wonderful views across Pigeon Island and the Marina you are ideally located in close proximity to the many amenities of the Rodney Bay area whilst still enjoying a truly secluded and tranquil environment.

"The View" is a private luxuery villa at Mount du Cap, an exclusive, gated estate in Cap Estate in the North of Saint Lucia.
You will be met by our concierge on arrival at the villa and your housekeeper will take care of all the cleaning needs.
A private chef can be hired additionally and you will discuss directly with him/her your needs and pricing
‘The View” is one of six luxury villas built upon this idyllic community named ‘Mount Du Cap.’
A perfect marriage of traditional Caribbean architecture and modern finishes The striking infinity pool, spa and terraces benefit from the breath-taking Caribbean views allowing you to soak up the fabulous sunsets to the west.
The villa is split level with the living room, dining area, three bedrooms with ensuite bath and kitchen positioned downstairs to face the West. On this level you will also find a separate powder room.
From the living room you can access the patio and the pool area. The Alfresco dining area can be accessed either via the kitchen or via the pool patio
The master bedroom and bath are upstairs and have a very large private balcony attached. Please note a steep spiral staircase leads to the upstairs bedroom.
Tasteful décor can be found throughout the property and just like the architecture you will note that the balance of traditional and modern works perfectly.
The mature tropical grounds have a very lush feel and give you privacy
Being part of a gated community the property also benefits from 24hr security giving you complete piece of mind.
Please note that this property does not host young children due to a non gated pool and insurance reasons, has steps from the entrance to the living area, from the living room to the pool and a narrow, spiral staircase to the master bedroom.

Don't hesitate to book! This place was everything we could have hoped for. Our group consisted of 4 couples and each bedroom was fully equipped with a/c and private bath. The main living space had no a/c, but when you opened the front doors/back doors during the day there was a great breeze through the house. There is ample shade around the pool/pool chairs. There is a housekeeper, Viola, who came 3days a week (which is more than we really needed, but she was super sweet and the place was spotless whenever she left). The host is very responsive both before and during the trip. We took advantage of giving her a list of groceries to stock for our first day and she even arranged to have a rental SUV delivered/picked up from our villa that fit all 7 of us. We chose to stick closer to home due to the narrow roads and fast drivers on the left, but there is a wonderful bakery called Bonne Baguette less than 10min away and the grocery store and several restaurants were close. (we ate at Spinnakers, Amici's and SeaSalt - all wonderful (Seasalt was our favorite). Don't forget to hike/check out Pigeon Island. Because we wanted to check out the southern part of the island we ended up renting a catamaran for the day with SeaSpray cruises and they were wonderful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful and very comfortable home, with the most amazing views. We could stand out on the veranda, or the balcony, and see the Caribbean to our right and the Atlantic to our left, clouds of Bougainville cascading down the hillside before us.Our host, Kris, was very responsive and helpful.Heartily recommend.

The View was amazing, as described. Kris was a fabulous host and able to support us with all our inquiries. The four bedrooms with their own baths provide privacy and the common areas allow for solid group time…everything we could want for a great St. Lucia stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the View. Kris was incredibly communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. The property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and even better than pictured. The views were absolutely amazing and made our trip extra special. We would definitely stay here again!
