This iconic villa (chosen for the film "Sincere Friendships") offers you a moment of pure relaxation thanks to its grounds, its direct access to the ocean, its beautiful heated swimming pool with sea views.
Inside: four bright bedrooms including a master suite with sea views and en-suite bathroom. Three other bedrooms, including one specially fitted out for children, offer all the comfort needed for a family holiday. The property faces the ocean, offering you exceptional brightness throughout the day.
An internal courtyard with a dining area overlooks the pool. And on the sea side, a terrace and a covered area will allow you to fully enjoy the gentle Ré evenings.
A garage with electric charging point is also at your disposal.
