Situated in Reno, this lovely house for $418 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to our spacious and family friendly home located in South Reno just 35 minutes from Lake Tahoe. A quiet neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, casinos, the mountains and more. Our home was designed with you and your family in mind. From an outdoor patio where the kids can play while you bbq, to bunk bed and a video game system for others. Perfect location to enjoy the mountains, Lake Tahoe, downtown Reno, Carson City, and Truckee. _____________________________________________ This single story open concept home has room for everybody. Natural light throughout with an open kitchen and living area so everybody can enjoy time together. Master has a California King, bedroom 2 has a king bed as well as an ottoman that pulls out into a bed, bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and bedroom 4 has a full on bottom and twin on top bunk bed. We also have a pull out ottoman that sleeps one more! When designing our spaced we wanted to keep it fun for all ages. We have board games, kids toys, a gaming system and a pack and play for your convenience. We also have a TESLA charging system in our garage for you to use. Security cameras are present outside the front out of the house, back, and side for your safety and ours. This is to ensure guests arrive and leave the premises. They are on and actively recording. We ask that you please care for our space and be respectful to our neighbors especially if you are enjoying the backyard. Absolutely no parties are allowed. _____________________________________________ Our house is conveniently located in South Reno with quick access to restaurants and grocery stores (Safeway and CVS all with in 5 minute drive). We are about 25 minutes to Mount Rose Ski Resort, Carson City, and Virginia City. About 35 minutes to Lake Tahoe and an easy 15 minutes to the airport, Downtown Reno,Sparks. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around and if you are lucky you may see a wild horse or two! _____________________________________________ -We will have a trampoline out back for your convenience but we are NOT responsible for any accidents, falls, or mishaps. -Please be sure to gather all your items before you leave as we are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. -Absolutely no parties are allowed. We will immediately terminate your reservation. -If staying on a Tuesday we ask that you kindly bring the trash to the curb on Monday evening for pickup. -Please make sure to have fun and enjoy our space! We would ask for a review after your stay to share your experience with us. If there is any issues please let us know as we want this to be an amazing experience for you and your guests. -Any evidence of broken house rules will result in an extra charge fee.

My husband my three children and I came from Kerrville Texas all the way up to Reno for Great Grandpa's 80th birthday party. The house was perfect and exactly what we needed. Communication with the property owner was perfect we arrived a little early and she was so gracious to let us check in a little early. The kids had a blast on the trampoline and playing in the backyard. Our next trip to see our family we will definitely stay in this house again.

We appreciated the communication from the host, the well stocked home, the ease of check-in and check-out, the cleanliness, and the trampoline. The fall decorations were a really special touch that made the space feel like home.

We were very impressed with this home. It had a beautiful kitchen and family room area, four nice bedrooms, two with King beds, one Queen bed and one room with a bunk bed for children. Washer & dryer. Three car garage. Will definitely stay here again if we're in the Reno area.

Nice house, extremely clean, quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for the 4 of us playing in a nearby golf tournament.

We had a brief family reunion in Reno, and this home was perfect for our needs. Several members of our family are in assisted living facilities, and we chose this house for its central location. Easy to visit everyone, and convenient to stores and restaurants. The home owner was very helpful and responded promptly when asked a question. I would recommend this home. Great location.

We stayed in this home for a family reunion. I scoured the VRBO site looking for a home that would accommodate my mother who is walker/wheelchair dependent. I picked well!! Because of the home layout, mom was able to have her own room and bathroom. We did buy and rent some equipment in town (a walker from MedTech, purchased a toilet chair there as well, and ordered a bedrail and shower chair from amazon). This all made a world of difference for my mom. -The bed frame was broken but it was repaired rapidly after I notified Ashleen. I had a few more questions for her and they were answered rapidly. We had a marvelous stay. The back yard is amazing!! The living spaces are large and comfortable. The primary bedroom is a suite all to itself!! A few recommendations: -It would be nice to have a shower wand installed in the bathrooms. -Place the instruction book on the table in the dining room or stand it up on the kitchen counter -make the lower case "w" in the pass word for wifi more apparent I highly recommend this home for traveling families. Thank you Ashleen and the crew who cleans and maintains the home. -Camille

Ashleen's place was perfect for our small group of 4 for a golf trip. Nice, quiet location with ample space and an adequately stocked kitchen with newer appliances. Very responsive to any questions. Will certainly consider this place on our next trip to the Reno/Mt.Rose area.
