It's very hard to find something in the area this size for this price that is allowing pets, and less than a mile to the beach- plus you will be amazed at how many restaurants & shops are in walking or golf cart distance. There are 2 King Beds and 2 Queen Beds, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room so we can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Golf Cart at the house can be rented separately for $200/week.

The cart is parked to the side of the front yard. Guests enjoy taking it to the beach, Surfside Pier, Garden City Pier, arcades, restaurants, and to stores for groceries etc.

The main living space is an open floor plan with kitchen/dining/living room, the large granite kitchen island gives you lots of counter space and 3 stools so you can eat at the island.

There is a large double door stainless steel frig. with freezer drawers, and everything you need to cook is provided (pots, pans, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, full size stove with 4 burners, silverware, dishes, wine glasses, plastic cups, coffee maker and keurig etc.)

Linens and pillows for the beds are also provided. There are plenty of towels and blankets but if you want larger beach towels you should bring those. There are also chairs on site you can take to the beach.

The Main bedroom has a walk in closet, large bathroom with dual sinks, oversized jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and access to sunroom with hot tub from a glass sliding door. The hot tub is big enough for about 4 people and hot tub area can also be accessed from the living room.

Second bathroom is a Jack & Jill set up between 2 bedrooms with 1 sink, and a shower/tub combo.

Second King size bed is in a room with separate entrance in the back of the house, but also with a door to the main living space and a sliding glass door that opens to one of the other bedrooms if you choose to use it.

The large living room has vaulted ceiling, skylights, electric fireplace with remote control and has access to the hot tub patio/sunroom.

Backyard is fenced, and there is a covered front patio with a small end table and 2 oversized chairs.

Home has wifi, 4 smart TV's, and 1 TV for dvd's if you bring a DVD player.

There is a large washer and dryer in laundry room with detergent provided. There is also an ironing board and iron.

This is a great location because you are in biking or walking distance to Slingshot rentals, bike & golf cart rentals, cafes, Pizza, Subway, antique stores, nail salons, Waffle House, convenience store, shops, and TONS restaurants in golf cart distance.

It only takes a few minutes to ride on a golf cart to Surfside Beach and the brand new Surfside Pier with bait shop, ice cream, diner, Whistling Duck restaurant (all on the pier), plus you're only 15 min to Broadway at the Beach for tons of shopping and restaurants like Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville & attractions like Legends for Celebrity impersonator shows, go carts, water park, Ferris wheel & Wonder Works.

The house is 10-12 min to the Marshwalk in Murrells Inlet with live music pretty much every night at all the restaurants along the water, and about 10 min to Garden City Pier for live bands and fishing. All the biker bars are only a few minutes down the road in Murrells Inlet, and the house is about 15 min from Brookgreen Gardens. North Myrtle Beach is only a half hour away if you want to see shows like Pirates Voyage or go to the Carolina Opry. Barefoot landing is a few minutes north of Pirates Voyage.

Murrells Inlet is a great place to put the kayaks in the water and/or rent more or try other water sports. There is a public boat ramp there if you bring a boat. There is plenty of room in the driveway or on the grass and motorcycles and trailers are welcome.

The closest way to get to the beach is when you leave the house make a left on Plantation, at the end of the street go right at the traffic circle & 1st right out of it, right on Highway 17 (or use service road for the golf cart), left on 5th Ave N. & just take that straight to the beach.

If you're on the golf cart you may already know this- you can't drive on 17, but you can cross over it at the lights so just go on the back roads or through store parking lots whenever you need to get to a main intersection.
