The space This is a rustic waterfront marina, with an active train trestle located above the property. The train runs consistently at various times throughout the day & night. The property is not luxurious. We make every effort to provide the basic necessities for a comfortable, safe, memorable experience. The Loft apartment located on the second floor of a multi-family home. To gain access to the unit you will need to climb a flight of stairs on the side of the house. The apartment includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An open concept living space, with a spacious kitchen, large dining area and cozy living room with wood burning fire stove. One bedroom includes a large king size memory foam mattress with a window unit air conditioner. The second bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress. The washer and dryer is also located in this bedroom. This room also has a window unit air conditioner. The additional bathroom is located in the loft area. You will need to climb the spiral stairs to access that bathroom. You will find a large king size memory foam mattress and a window unit AC. There is an additional sleeping space on the large, comfy, reconfigurable sectional sofa. When configured as a bed its as large as a king size mattress.
