NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD – Please note that it is important to keep calm and respect the neighborhood after 10 p.m. We will not hesitate to withhold the entire security deposit in the event of excessive noise after 10 p.m. and/or nocturnal uproar; VISITORS -Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES -Report all damages and breakages to the Property Manager promptly. Failure to do so may result in penalties deducted from the security deposit. --To prevent damages and breakages, furniture should not be moved between rooms without prior agreement.
