A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We loved our stay. The house was very clean, freshly decorated, and walkable to the beach. All the stores we needed were a short drive away.

When I first walked into the house I was blown away with the open living spaces, all the updated fixtures and appliances. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the bathrooms were spotless. However, I unfortunately cannot recommend that anyone stay here. They have a serious fruit fly problem in their kitchen. They are clearly aware of the situation as there were fruit fly traps on the counters and spray under the sink- both of which did nothing. Plus, the spray made several people in the house feel sick. I emailed the local Vacasa team that manages the property and requested someone reach out to me (even if they did not see the email until after our stay). No one ever responded to me. No matter what we did, we had fruit flies in our drinks and all over the food, making it impossible to enjoy a glass of wine or snacks. It was such a shame because it really did put a damper on the weekend as a whole.

Beautiful and comfortable house just 2 blocks away from the beach. The house’s architecture and layout are a great tribute to the older cottage houses that are still remaining in this neighborhood. Definitely no negative feedback to report.

We really enjoyed this house. A block from the ocean and a couple minutes walk into Dewey. Nice and open concept let’s you do the all hang in the kitchen, living room, and porch. Not the cheapest rental, but definitely worth it!

House was amazing . Very clean and great set up. However, there were so many little fruit flies in the kitchen we could not eat . They were all over the place. The host agency “Vacasa” sent a service team out with traps but they still did not work. We then asked them for compensation considering we could not eat near the kitchen they denied any type of compensation. I would not rent a Vacasa managed property Ever again !

Most excellent beach house. We’ve rented beach houses for more than 20 years and this was one of our favorites. Great open layout and all aspects of the house were well thought out. Kitchen was amazing including great knife set and walk in pantry. Sunroom setup is perfect. Great space to hang out but also keep all the beach gear and sand out of the main house. So much natural light! Hope to stay here again next year.

We loved our stay at this immaculate, well-appointed and brand new home! Great communication with the host/management team to make in/out easy. Steps from the beach and restaurants/shops but tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet and privacy. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay in this gorgeous new home. Every room is beautifully decorated and has lots of storage/closet space. Loved the huge family room/kitchen where our family could gather comfortably. Everyone loved the outdoor showers - there is even a kid-sized one! The location is amazing- two blocks from the beach, close to both Rehoboth and Dewey centers. We will definitely be back!

The place felt brand new and had everything we needed. The only complaints would be the fans making a bit of noise and the porch area not having curtains/blinds, aside from those minor issues everything was awesome. Look forward to stopping by again in the future!
