About this house rental

Located in Dewey Beach, this attractive house for $616 per night is a great option for your next trip. Let me start off by saying that we do not rent to high school or college age kids. This beach house is on the beach block and it's steps from the beach. Makes it easy to go back to the house for food or bathroom breaks. It's totally renovated with a designers touch. 4 bedrooms total: 2 master bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a single bed and their own private bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each with a hall bathroom. All 3 bathrooms have tubs and showers. Brand new kitchen with all new appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven, refrigerator with ice maker and washer and dryer. It has central air conditioning with 2 controls (one for the living room/ dining room and kitchen, and one for the upstairs bedrooms.) Living room has a pull out couch that is a double bed. There are 4 floors. First floor has a master bedroom and bath. The Second floor has the living room, dining room, powder room and kitchen with a washer and dryer. Also, there is a deck off of the 2nd floor with a gas grill and chairs, tables and umbrella. On the 3rd floor is another master bedroom and bathroom and the 2 other bedrooms with a hall bathroom. On the 4th floor is a deck with a hot tub that holds 8 people, lounge chairs, tables and chairs, and umbrella. From the 4th floor deck, one can see the ocean and the bay. There is parking for 5 cars. Beach chairs and umbrellas are there for the renters use. There's cable with TV's in every bedroom. Free wifi. We rent from Friday to Friday. Please do not inquiry if you are a high school or college group. We had a bad experience with $7,000 dollars in damage. Therefore, we will make no exceptions.

Myself, my husband and 3 year old stayed at this condo with our siblings, nephews and our parents. It was a wonderful place and all information posted about it was accurate! Super clean, close to the beach, and walking distance to all of Dewey’s best restaurants! The owner Jane was awesome and was so easy to get in touch with! Definitely will stay here again!!!

We stayed at this property twice and really enjoy the amenities (hot tub, room layout) as well as how close it is to Dewey Beach (~2 minute walk, we often set up in the morning, then leave our stuff on the beach when we go back home for lunch so that we can go back in the afternoon). Dewey Beer Co is really close, as is an excellent diner. The hosts are highly responsive; we had an issue with the garbage disposal and they coordinated a repair fairly quickly.

this property is wonderful. great communication with the property manager. so close to the beach. lots of amenities including beach chairs/umbrellas. so close to restaurants and night life, but located in a quiet area for families. would stay again!

This beach house is a hidden gem. As soon as we walked in, we fell in love with the house. The house was the perfect size for 10 adults. The rooftop deck was the gathering spot after a day at the beach or boardwalk. When we arrived we noticed that the refrigerator was not as cold as it should be, so we contacted the owners. They went above and beyond to help not only fix the issue, but brought a beverage cooler, mini-frig and coolers of ice. Truly owners who value their renters and go out of their way to ensure a relaxing week for all.

Perfect Dewey location, comfortable place with everything we needed for a fun beach week. We especially enjoyed the rooftop at sunset and appreciated having plenty of parking. We would definitely rent again.

Great property with large living/dinning open area, wrap around deck, ground floor patio with table and fabulous roof deck with hot tub. Location is great! Short walk to beach, restaurants, Mini Golf and more. Family loved the week and Jane is a great host!

Great week at Dewey Beach, even with a hurricane!! The house was great for us and the rooftop deck is wonderful. We all enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after a day on the beach. The extra beach chairs and toys were nice. Thanks Jane for sharing your lovely home.

A wonderful time was had by all. I think the only negative thing that I can think of was a couple of the nights were a bit loud, but the sound machines in the rooms did help a lot. Our family loved it and it was nice not having to drive everywhere! The art in the home was quite impressive. Beautiful work!

The most beautifully kept, well stocked welcoming house we have ever rented in Dewey. Our family loved spending evenings eating and enjoying the breeze on the roof top deck. This home is comfy and convenient! It is clean and well maintained. Nicely decorated too. My family stayed for two weeks and hope to stay again next year. Very convenient location (walking distance) to beach, restaurants and bars yet far enough away from the nightlife, that it's quiet. Mostly families rented on this street. Lots of off street parking. The rooftop hot tub is great for winding down at the end of the day with a great view of Dewey. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook family meals and lots of room. The owners are super nice too!

Spacious 4BR, 3.5 BA condo on ocean block with great view of the ocean and the bay. Exactly as represented. Would recommend and hope to stay again in the future.
