Extremely kind and accommodating staff!!!
This place has everything you need, on top of being bigger than regular hotels and being in an amazing location.
Only a few minutes away by foot from shinjuku and only two minutes from the shin okubo station.
There’s also several konbini, supermarkets, restaurants and even a Donki right next to the hotel.
I’d recommend it 100%, you’ll be sure to feel right at home!
The beds, toilets and bathroom areas were perfectly clean but a few other spots, like the door leading to the bathroom, could be a little cleaner.
However it didn’t impact my stay and I highly recommend booking this hotel!

Location and cleanliness
Separate the light switch, more power outlets

Location was great, staff were helpful. It was very fun to stay in a tatami room on my first night in Japan. Room was spacious. Good value for money. Bed was very clean.
Nothing was wrong but it is simple / basic accommodation without much furniture (only bed, tv stand and shelves) so maybe not ideal for someone who likes to relax in their hotel room.

The rooms were clean but very basic.
The location was good. Close to two train stations.
The rooms was very basic. More like a hostel.
