Appartamento centralissimo, con posto auto, fondamentale; spiaggia e centro raggiungibili comodamente a piedi; supermercato Sklabenitis-il più conveniente in zona-vicinissimo, host disponibile e sollecito, la signora Anna è strepitosa, ci ha portato per ben tre volte, incluso la mattina della partenza, un vassoio di specialità dolci e salate, sempre diverse, fatte da lei e ancora calde! Pulizia quotidiana e cambio biancheria ogni due giorni.
Il pavimento del bagno si bagna usando la doccia e non si asciuga facilmente. Suggeriamo di aggiungere in cucina un piccolo gocciolatoio, anche da poggiare sul lavello.

The owner was very attentive & brought us food nearly every morning which was a lovely gesture 😊 the room was cleaned daily and the sofa was very comfortable in the lounge. The location was excellent small beach few minutes walk and plenty of amenities near the room including bakery, supermarket, Slovaki cafe and laundrette. Great base for a family as out of the chaos of Parga centre but near enough when you want to go in.
The bathrooms need updating few tweaks like a toilet roll holder, shower screens. Air con in one room was great but not as good in the other. I would suggest for a family room have 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with 2 singles. Vanity table and chair would be good and a draining board in the kitchen. Perhaps some assistance left our regarding taxis (seemed very hard to get one in Parga) and leave wifi code maybe some local information out.

Large, clean room with big bathroom and big shower.
Close to the beach, bakery and shop.
Rather quiet area.
Huge, comfortable bed.
Terrace.
Everyday cleaning and changing towels from time to time.
Nice lighting in the room.
The smell of damp (like in the basement).
Hot water was not always available. We had to call hosts several times to fix/ turn it on - I still don't know what really was the issue.
No dishwasher, despite it's listed in the room's description - it's not a problem, but it should be removed from the list.
Private parking space, in the property, secured by code is not at the property, but on a different, steep street, next to a pile of scrap and with a pack of wild cats hanging around. It looks like in the attached photo...
The only hanger in the bathroom is broken. I don't understand why it's still not fixed, because I saw it pointed out in other's guests opinions as well.
Shower hanger is almost broken and barely holds to the wall.
In the kitchenette's cupboard there is a smell of mold.
Ants are in the kitchenette.
TV pilot was not working (especially on/ off button).
Pipes sticking out of the floor (in 3 different places of the room) and cables sticking of the wall in the bathroom.
One of the 4 lights in the bathroom wasn't working. We switched a light bulb with one from the room.
All in all the price doesn't reflect the quality. Above issues should be fixed or the price should be much lower.
