No a/c in the property …! I rent 4 nights and used 3 , I can’t stay more , property is so hot…!

Our stay was amazing. The views from every window. Walk to the beach. Parking and location were great. Felt safe. Staff

It was ok, there were many termites and ants in the master bedroom

Easy entry

Many BUGs in the downstairs unit 1 . There were A LOT of Termites and Ants, they were on the bed, all over the floor, the window sill, and started getting on my clothes. The Host blamed us for not notifying them sooner ? We only stayed two days and we were telling them that it was all over the bed and clothes and provided photos and videos before we left. They stopped responding to me when i provided the pictures of the bugs all over my clothes. Also the lights didn’t work properly. This property has so much more potential, my experience with the host ruined my perspective on my experience at the location. You pay good money to stay here and the host doesn’t assist properly with issues. I work in property management and this was just a disappointment .

Convenient apartment if you don’t mind smells and old looking facilities.

The decoration was okay

The neighborhood is not pretty. The photos might been taken long ago as the overall facilities are old, not well maintained and rusty. Despite the apartment was clean, you could notice a mold smell. Sinks and bathrooms were rusty and old.

Location was excellent just like having a private beach stores close and parking space

There was not a/c on the department and it was a water leak on uptairs bathroom other than that it was ok

Steps away from the beach and the views

Poorly maintenance, need a lot of work done, pictures are good and overall it looks like in the pictures but like 10 years old, need a lot of handy work
