Excellent location and comfortable stay.
The host was amazing, friendly and helpful but the girls serving in the cafe could do with some training in customer service.
They stood gossiping with their backs turned to us so we eventually had to stand up and get their attention. They got the order wrong as they were too busy gossiping.
Everything else was great.

Cracking location, comfortable rooms. Only slight disappointment was unable to have breakfast as had to be away for an early train. Excellent place to stay.

Excellent location for Lincoln castle event.
The room is large with a small kitchenette that we didn’t use but appears well equipped.
There is an outdoor table and chairs for each room.
Tea and coffee provided in the room.
Nice & quiet.
We were hoping to go down to the cafe below for breakfast but it didn’t open until 10.00 . There are plenty of nice cafes around the area that do breakfast.
The metal stairs up to the rooms would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
