Lovely apartment, fresh, spacious, well equipped. Communication was proactive and really good before and during our stay. Good location with useful local shops.
Sofa was good quality but not comfortable for us.

Light, airy and beautifully furnished. Lovely to have tea & coffee when we got there. In Lincoln for son’s graduation and found that other hotels etc were more expensive than previous visits due to needing two rooms for three adults, but this was ideal and considering how busy Lincoln is at this time of year - good value for money.
Son had to use the sofa bed as younger than us and said it was “stiff”, but then it is a sofa bed so I’m not quite sure what he was expecting.

We have booked it last minute after having cancellation on property originally booked. We got all the information needed almost straight away, even got a phone call to. When we arrived the key was locked in security box. The apartament was stunning, very modern decoration, clean, with all the perks like coffee, tea and sugar, croissants, milk, ice in freezer etc (not all properties supplies those!). The location is really good to, took us 8 minutes walk to town. We highly recommend this apartament :)
Would be great to be able to control the heating ourself. However, the owner said if heating needs turning up just to contact them.
