The staff were very kind and helpful, and both the lobby and our room were very clean and comfortable.
The location was very convenient, with a shopping mall nearby. It was also easy to get to Iguazu Falls and the airport, and the bus stop for Argentina was within easy reach. We felt comfortable walking around the area even in the evening.
Breakfast was also very satisfying, with a good variety of options.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
There was nothing in particular that we disliked about the hotel itself.
My mother, who does not speak Portuguese and only speaks a little English, felt that the front desk staff seemed slightly unfriendly when she asked for help cutting off a clothing tag. However, this may simply have been due to the language barrier.
One thing to be aware of is that there was an area where homeless people were sleeping along the way from the hotel to the shopping mall. Also, my mother mentioned that it was somewhat noisy at night, possibly because local people gather near or next to the hotel.
Other than these minor points, we had a pleasant stay.

Muito bom ! Recomendo! Otimo hotel! Camas confortáveis, banheiro limpo diariamente, equipe agradável e educada. Café da manhã maravilhoso, ótima localização!
O preço é bem puxado, poderiam diminuir em uns 40% pelo menos. O hotel é bom, bem localizado, mas no final das contas o que manda é o preço... Diminuindo o custo voltaria facilmente !!

Banheiro muito pequeno, vaso sanitário com tampa que não era do tamanho do vaso, pia extremamente pequena
