The hotel is beautiful, and should be a very calm stay due to the surroundings.
But they take entrance, so outsiders can come in during the day. So the hotel which should be a calm place turns into a circus. Kids screaming, taking other peoples stuff, taking peoples snacks and foods without asking. Very misbeheaving guests, with loads of screaming in a way which is not normal.
Very disturbing and ruined a lot of the experience for us. For the prices they take, this should not be happening.
The service is not existing - no one to clean around pool areas during the day, it is not possible to order hot drinks outside, and they are very slow on orders.
At night there were a lot of noises, doors slamming, you could hear the toilet flushing from other rooms. The cleaning was good, when they finally cleaned. You have to ask for cleaning in the morning. The hotel is a 10 minutes drive with car from the main city area.
The prices are ok for the foods and drinks considering it to be hotel prices.
So we would have enjoyed it more if the hotel just concentrated on their hotel guests. We will not be visiting again, if they do not removed the oppurtunity of taking daily guest from the outside.

Sehr modern und luxuriös ausgestattet
Ich war schon mehrmals da war immer super
Resepsiyon war sehr nett kamen unsere wünsche entgegen dafür gebe ich höchste Bewertung
Die neue Leitung hat das Restaurant Bereich getrennt und wird anders als ich dass von vorherigen besuchen kenne organisiert.
Das Frühstück war inbegriffen aber das Restaurant war morgens so dreckig man hat sich geekelt irgendwohin zu setzen es lagen noch Essensreste auf den Boden und sitzen denn Tisch habe ich selber saubergemacht als wir das ansprachen bekamen wir kein Antwort das frühstück selber war lieblos es sah so aus als ob das Reste Teller waren wir haben nichts angerüht und das frühstück stehen gelassen.
Die Preise sind so hoch von den Getränken das wir fast genauso viel für die Getränke bezahlt haben wie für Aufenthalt.
