Amazing stay in a great location

Great location, wonderful apartment. Amazing host who helped us right away when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Tesco and train station only a short walk away from apartment

Could have had some basic crockery and teas/coffees - not that big of a deal as Tesco express nearby

We enjoyed our stay .

The location was central and superb . Very close to the market and stores . The apartment was comfortable and had the necessary items in the bathroom, rooms and kitchen (except for blender and enough pots )

It was very difficult to locate the keys to the property. The cab man could not locate the address despite giving him the necessary information. The toilets and its floor area were not properly cleaned . We had to do some cleaning when we got there. A more decent sofa in the sitting room would be more appropriate . The sofa was placed on the floor which made it too low and highly uncomfortable to sit on .

Delayed check in, unclean, only basics in the kitchen. Bring your own toilet roll and bin liners.

You only get the address of the property and the details of key collection at the very end. So you couldn’t plan your first day of holiday. Moreover if you are driving from far you got to check your email regularly to find the details of the property.

15.00 hours check in was delayed by 3 and half hours to 18.20 as host’s had issue with his cleaning staff. Difficult to find the building. Bed for the 5th person was a broken Sofa bed which you couldn’t sleep on. There was no provision of bed linen for the 5 th person. We couldn’t use downstairs toilet as it was blocked. Informed host but not bothered to fix. Also make sure you have your own toilet rolls and bin bags as they are not provided.
