Ottimo appartamento

Ottimo appartamento, vicino alla spiaggia e al centro di Cambrils. Pulito e ben curato, il parcheggio interno è un vantaggio inoltre ci sono delle docce esterne molto comode.

La mancanza di aria condizionata anche se le ventole sul soffitto offrivano un pò di refrigerio.

Condicionado por la plaga de cucarachas

Ubicación, muy cerca de la playa y apartamento renovado

Para el tercer día empezamos a sufrir la visita de cucarachas, primero puntualmente, hasta encontrar 1-2 diariamente correteando por el apartamento, especialmente cocina y baño. Nos fijamos que no era un problema específico del apartamento, se podían ver cucarachas también por las zonas comunes del edificio (sobre todo parking, y accesos comunes como escaleras y corredores exteriores). Así que mantuvimos puertas y ventanas cerradas para que no entrarán aún más, cerrando con cinta de carrocero salidas de extractores de cocina y baño por donde nos parecía que estaban entrando. Todo esto en plena ola de calor. Avisamos a la empresa que gestiona el apartamento y la respuesta fue inmediata, el mismo día del aviso nos mandaron una persona que procedió a fumigar y poner trampas. Durante los últimos días de estancia, empezaron a aparecer cadáveres por cocina, baño, salón y dormitorios, lo que nos confirma que el fumigado fue eficiente, pero también confirma que la plaga de cucarachas había sido importante. El mismo día de salida nos encontramos 3 cucarachas muertas en baño y salón. Una pena, porque el apartamento está recién renovado, y muy bien ubicado en pleno centro de Cambrils, pero en estas condiciones la estancia en el apartamento resultó bastante desagradable, y eso que somos para nada histéricos con los bichos. Desconozco la forma de funcionar en estos casos, repito que la reacción por parte del anfitrión fue inmediata cuando le mandamos las fotos (no las reenvío por aquí para que no sea desagradable), y la fumigación resultó eficaz. Pero me preguntó si no hubiera sido posible reubicarnos en otro apartamento aunque fuera de menor categoría, para poder desinfectarlo correctamente, después limpiarlo bien y revisarlo durante unos días a la espera de la llegada de nuevos huéspedes. Nuestra reserva era de 2 semanas y creo que hubiera dado tiempo a reaccionar. Espero que los comentarios resulten de utilidad.
