Everything was thought of, clean and spacious. View from the lounge window was lovely. Kitchen and dining is great for large families and small groups. Beds are comfortable, love the toilet being upstairs too.
Steps up and down from th3 gate are very steep, some people may have trouble using them to access the property. This is not a complaint it’s just useful information.

Good location which was quiet but with easy access to central Whitby. The rooms were a good size.Parking space at the property was useful as the area was very busy.
The property sleeps 8 however there were only 4 glasses and 7 sets of cutlery. There isn’t much space to dry towels as there is only one bathroom. It needs maintenance in some areas such as dishwasher, bathroom extractor fan and general paintwork. Road access to the property isn’t straightforward due to the one way systems.

It was only a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre. It was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy. House was spacious.
Only provided a day before we checked in with the property guide which only then did we find out dogs weren’t allowed to be cleaned in the bath and there is no outdoor tap to rinse them off with. Property states dogs welcome however not allowed on the bed or furniture which should be stipulated before booking. The small yard is not maintained and full of dead weeds. This would have made an excellent little area for being able to sit outside and maybe have a BBQ area.
