The only thing I liked was the bed
The rooms are okay, but the air conditioning unit is too small and does not cool the room to the level required.
The check-in and check-out procedures are quite restricted and can take some time, even when there seems to be an opportunity to make the process faster.
The hotel also offers very limited services. For example, there is no luggage scale available. The services seem to be mainly limited to check-in and check-out.
Another issue is that only one room key card is provided per room, even when two people are staying. When you take the card with you, everything in the room turns off, including the air conditioning. This is inconvenient, especially when you need to leave the room for a short period and want to keep it cool.
The reception area is also very small, and if there is no one at reception, there is not really a comfortable place to sit. The air conditioning there is also quite weak.
Overall, the room is acceptable, but the hotel could improve considerably in terms of air conditioning and basic guest services.

Spacious room, clean and warm! Centrally located!
Family room was at the back of reception desk or basement! We refused to stay there and we were instead given a double room on the 3rd floor. Stuff was as most people in Turkey " I don't know"☹️. Not impolite ,just not helpful.

The location was very good and the room was so cute and nice decorated ! The breakfast in the hotel next door and the view there was amazing! With an old woman and a young man who are working there and are super friendly and lovely ( there is an option to have breakfast in the rooftop in the next door building)! The first day we ate our breakfast in our building and had not so many options!
The reception was not helpful! I asked her for a glass ( because we were three and in the room was just 2 Glas for drinking) she said that she can’t bring and I have to go self!
She call the room at 2 am when we were arriving and said the payment in booking doesn’t work and I have to come down!! I don’t know why but I was just 3 days there with my family and every time she asked me to pay !!! Finally I told her that she has to contact the booking.com ! And she did! But whole the first 2 days of my 3 days stay, she gave me too much stress and worries about my stay !!!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
