Murat on the front counter was amazing, I arrived early in the morning and even though there wasn't a room ready he arranged so that I could have a much-needed shower. He was contactable the entire time I was there and really made my stay a pleasure.
Customer service, comfortable bed. Clean room.

The hotel is in a great location - right next to Taksim square, ~ 3-5 minutes to the Metro station and the famous Istiklal street. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly. Overall, it was great value for money.
The aircon in the room was loud - we had to wear earplugs to get a good night’s sleep.

The location was the best.
The property did not match the pictures. The bathroom was grimy, outdated, and dirty. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. The internet does not reach the second or third floor.
