The location in Beyoglu is very convenient, close to Taksim square. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I also liked the cartoon decorations. Overall great value for money!
The lobby bar was closed and the rooftop restaurant was only open for breakfast, but the reception staff gave us good recommendations where to go for food and drinks.

The service in general was really good. Ismail was really nice and helpful and made my stay really enjoyable.
The breakfast is not the best and it is not labelled. Which makes harder to choose what you wanna eat.

Location and staff is best, very polite and about location it’s the best right in Taksim square
1). Air conditioners were not working i changed the rooms but the central Air Conditioning system of hotel wasn’t good at all (i visited in July)
2). Hotel doesn’t provided iron as they said we don’t give iron, management refused that.
