He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always had a smile on his face. Throughout our entire stay, he was always available to help us with anything we needed and went out of his way to make everything easier and more comfortable for us.
His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help really made a difference. We truly appreciated having him around during our stay.

the concierge and general staff around the hotel are extremely lovely and accommodating. the hotel is right in the centre of restaurants and taksim square which is so convenient. there are shops and taxis right outside and a small Starbucks within the hotel itself which is lovely. the housekeeping ladies are also so friendly and polite.
the management and desk staff are rude and sexist especially the night manager. i had a Turkish visitor who the male staff spoke to and ignored me even though I was their paying visitor. the staff do not allow you to sit in the outside smoking area in the hotel dressing gown according to ‘rules’ which are never explained when checking in. the hotel boasts a triple room with 3 single beds but this is not true - there are 2 normal beds and one made towards the window of the room with no headboard.
