Friendly staff throughout, even opening up bar late on for us to celebrate our team's win in the Europa League final! Breakfast was decent, enjoyed the omelettes. Good view from the room, room was clean and facilities were adequate. Didn't use pool or spa during stay. Location is excellent for Taksim Square and Besiktas football ground is walkable.
Beds were a little uncomfortable, and the room was warm even with air con on. Also, can't say I have ever seen brown toilet paper!!!

The location was great and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were helpful too.
The pictures are very deceiving and the hotel was not as nice as depicted. Upon check in, I was told that there was no booking in my name, not sure who to blame here, perhaps booking.com. The bathrooms were old and tired, toilet roll was not replaced upon cleaning and when we got back to the hotel and requested for some, we were told that it was too late and everything was closed.How pathetic.
