The location is super, the best in the area. Our room was spacious and clean with great view from the window (10th floor)
Toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided. The pillows were bit comfortable for us although we did not ask for a change.

So many issues:
Very noisy street, music around until 4 am
No sound proofing
Small bathroom where you cannot move
Water pressure issue in the 9th floor in the bathroom
Mini bar not working properly
Window does not close properly
Poor room cleaning, they did not fill the liquid soap and did not provide enough towels
I had to report all issues to the reception
A 4 star hotel should not have so many issues
I will not return to this hotel again
