An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service!
I highly recommend Taksim Gonen Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Istanbul, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its incredible staff. A huge thank you to the reception team—Mohammed, Emrah, Memet, and Emllu—for their warm welcome, professionalism, and smooth check-in process. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home.
I also want to give a special shoutout to the room service and concierge staff for their prompt, helpful, and flawless service. Their attention to detail made my trip so much easier and more enjoyable.
I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul!

Our stay was truly enjoyable and memorable. We greatly appreciated the excellent service, warm hospitality, cleanliness, and especially the delicious and varied buffet. The room service was also excellent and contributed greatly to our comfort throughout our stay.
I would like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Amir, who provided exceptional service during our entire stay. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist us, especially with the buffet and room service, were truly appreciated. He always made sure that we were comfortable and that all our needs were taken care of. His outstanding service left a very positive impression on us.
