The hotel is well located on Istiklal street walking distance to Taskim Square for Metro, Taxi, and Galata Tower. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. The room is spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. I loved the paintings. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. We also got an upgrade. That was a pleasant surprise. Mr Gurken is such a pleasant person, helped us in the Metro and with our luggage. It's also a safe area. We are definitely coming back again.
If you have a light sleep then the noise from the bubbly Istiklal street might disturb you. We were too tired to be bothered and we got used to it.

It felt more like an apartment than a hotel, with just a small reception area. However, the location was incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Istiklal Street and only about a 10 minute walk from the Taksim airport bus stop. The staff were very efficient, kind, and friendly, which made our stay even more pleasant. A special thanks to Mr. Gurken, who was very accommodating and arranged a taxi to the airport for us on our last day. It made things so much easier, especially with all the shopping we had accumulated!
The only downside was the noise. Our junior suite faced Istiklal Street, and we loved the view and lively atmosphere, but the street noise wasn’t well blocked. A club directly across from us played music until around 4:30 a.m., and construction nearby started in the morning. I eventually got used to it, but light sleepers may want to avoid a room facing Istiklal Street.

The location is very close to metro and bunch of bus. Really center of Istanbul. It’s easy to go to anywhere. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was well decorated with a taste.
The sound proof was quite poor. The facilities are a bit old. 6th floor is not accessible with elevators. The staff had to help us carrying the luggage up and down. The toilet constantly smell like drain and the waterproofing of the shower was very poor. It’s also a bit a pity that we had two terraces with our room but both views are very blocked.
