Excellent stay at Marlon Hotel. The hotel was very clean and fresh, with a great location close to Taksim and İstiklal Street. The real highlight, however, was the staff — exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality really made our stay special. Highly recommended!

The whole room was so clean and smelled good every single day. Extra clean and fresh towels were even handed to me at 2:am. The cleaning staff were very nice.

The location of the hotel was FANTASTIC, close to absolutely EVERYTHING and made it so easy to navigate in the city! The room we stayed in was also super clean, with our room cleaned everyday and the beds were super comfortable.
Parvin the hotel owner was also so hospitable, friendly and really made us feel at home in Istanbul.
As three women and our first time in Istanbul, we felt super safe and very well looked after. We would most definitely be returning and staying at Marlon hotel.
Nothing, everything was perfect. Thank you Marlon Hotel you exceeded our expectations.

The greats -
Amazing Staff. Super friendly and nice.

The not so greats -
Because of the location, it is LOUD. Can not overstate this enough. No sound proofing so you hear everything. The streets never seem to sleep and you hear people outside all night until sunrise no joke.
In addition there’s a mosque close by, so every few hours you hear the loud praying on a speakerphone. It’s seriously so loud inside the room.
You simply cannot sleep without ear plugs in.
No breakfast /inroom dining but I guess that’s expected with a small boutique hotel.
In one day the water went out for several hours. Another day no electricity for close to an hour.
I get things happen and not the hotels fault, but just annoying when you’re sleep deprived due to excess noise.
Ended up cutting the reservation short by 3 days just to leave.
Hate to give a low rating but people should know as I did get lulled in by the 9.8 rating of this place.
Sorry to the hotel and workers as they are amazing but had to be said!
